CAHLC Facility Hours for Summer 2023 

 

General Facility Hours

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Weight Room Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

 

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

 

Pool Hours (lap swimming only)

Rooms Within

 

General Weight Room:

The General Weight Room offers a wide range of free weight equipment. This includes dumbbells, bench presses, leg press and multi-use rigs.

 

Fitness Room:

The Fitness Room features a combination of cardio equipment, selectorized machines and some free weights. There is locker storage available in the front of the room. Wi-Fi is accessible and there is basic cable offered on a handful of machines and the TV on the wall.

 

 

Functional Training Room:

The newest addition to the AHLC offers rowing machines, TRX, kettlebells, slam balls and a variety of other options to meet newer fitness trends.

   

 

Squash and Racquetball Courts:

There is one squash court and two racquetball courts. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Equipment is available to check out at the eqiupment desk. 

 

Aerobics Room:

The Aerobics Room is open to the public whenever there is nothing previously scheduled. Come in and do your own workout from home or bring a few friends. There’s a variety of equipment available for use as well as speakers for music.

 

Pool:

Eight-lane pool with diving docks and backstroke flags, 7-feet deep. Recreational area attached, 4 to 5 feet deep. Sauna is available for use as well in the locker rooms. 

Note: As a reminder, please remember that the pool is staffed with student lifeguards. An extenuating circumstance may cause the pool to be closed without notice.

 

 

Other Options:

There’s an elevated indoor track that circles above the wood and synthetic courts. Both courts feature basketball hoops. Locker rooms and showers are available for use.
