SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (February 20, 2018) – Junior forward Matt O’Dea (Orland Park, Ill.) of the Western New England University ice hockey team has been named a semifinalist for the 18th Joe Concannon Award, Gridiron Club of Greater Boston president Chris Clemente announced on Tuesday morning.

(February 17, 2018) – The eighth-seeded Western New England University ice hockey team was eliminated from the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Tournament with an 8-1 loss to top-seeded and No. 5 nationally ranked Salve Regina University on Saturday afternoon in quarterfinal round action at Portsmouth Abbey Ice Rink.
