YEARLY COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Watch NCAA videos and complete accompanying Google Questionnaire: NCAA Compliance Videos and Questionnaire
2. Electronically sign NCAA Student-Athlete Statement.
   1. Will receive e-mail from nobody@ncaa.org to your WNE E-Mail account
   2. Follow directions in e-mail - go to specified web address with provided username and password (in e-mail).
   3. Log into NCAA webpage and click through forms, electronically signing each section.
3. Attend WNE Compliance meeting
   1. Sign Drug Testing Agreement
   2. Sign WNE Hazing Agreement
4. Mandatory NCAA Title IX Training:
5. Be medically cleared by Health Services for participation in athletics (Link to Health Services Website for forms below)
