Bio

Zach Stein joined the Western New England ice hockey team as an assistant coach in 2022, his first season back in Golden Bear country since his playing days during the 2017-2018 season. 

Stein played one season with the Golden Bears, his senior season, in 2017-2018, picking up one assist in 14 games played. The Enfield, Connecticut native played his first three seasons as Buffalo State University where he picked up three assists in 45 games with the Bengals. 

Stein graduated from Western New England University with a degree in business in 2018.
