(May 31, 2023) – The Western New England men’s lacrosse team saw two of their own added to the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association’s All-New England Teams, as announced by the chair of the organization while three other Golden Bears were named to the NEILA North-South All-Star Game.
Dylan Hanley Named USILA Division III Honorable Mention All-American

SCHENECTADY, NY (May 13, 2023) – After clinching a spot in the NCAA D3 Men’s Lacrosse Tournament with their win over Endicott College last Saturday, the Western New England Men’s Lacrosse team traveled to Union College. Looking to avenge their loss to the Dutchmen in last year’s tournament, WNE was in command for nearly the entire game, but with six goals in the fourth quarter, Union took the lead and outlasted WNE, 15-13.

WNE Men’s Lacrosse, Union to Clash in Second Straight NCAA Tournament on Saturday

(May 11, 2023) – For the second straight season, the Western New England men’s lacrosse team will voyage to Schenectady, New York to take on No. 17 Union College in the NCAA Division III Men’s Lacrosse Second Round. Western New England makes the NCAA Tournament for the second straight season after taking down Endicott in the 2023 CCC Championship game on road turf, defeating the Gulls 18-9.

(May 7, 2023) – The Western New England men’s lacrosse team is headed to their second straight NCAA Tournament after capturing their second consecutive Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship and tenth championship overall in the program’s history on Saturday afternoon, as the two seeded Golden Bears took down the hosting top seeded Gulls of Endicott 18-9. WNE receives an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament with the win.

(May 6, 2023) – The Western New England Men’s Lacrosse team traveled to Endicott College for the CCC Men’s Lacrosse Championship game, looking to get revenge after losing to the Gulls earlier in the season. Led by Dylan Hanley with eight points (two goals and six assists) on attack and anchored by Carter Randall in net (16 saves on 25 shots), the Golden Bears went on to win the CCC Championship, 17-9.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (May 3, 2023) – The Western New England Men’s Lacrosse team took on the Salve Regina Seahawks tonight in the CCC Semifinal round. Mike Bannon would total six points (five goals and one assist), setting the WNE Men’s Lacrosse career points record in the process (reaching 268 points) and Dylan Hanley tallied eight points (two goals and six assists) while setting the WNE Men’s Lacrosse single season assist record (with 58 assists), in a 23-11 win over the Seahawks.

Led by Dylan Hanley with nine points (three goals and six assists), while setting the WNE Men’s Lacrosse program record for points in a season, the Golden Bears would beat UNE, 24-9.
Golden Bears Rush Past Bison, Improve to 7-1 in CCC Play

Endicott would be too much for the Golden Bears on the day, defeating WNE 16-7.
