2017 (Junior Year): Earned All-CCC honors for the second straight season after finishing 7th at the CCC Championship...Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society.

2016 (Sophomore Year): Earned All-CCC honors with her 8th place finish at the CCC Championship in 24:09...was Western New England's top finisher at all eight meets over the course of the season.  All-CCC Academic Team ... WNE Student-Athlete of the Week (Spet. 26)

High School: 2015 graduate of Ludlow High School, where she earned four varsity letters in cross country, four letters in track and field, and one letter on the ski team. 

Personal: Daughter of Lee and Linda Dias. Favorites: TV show- Fixer Upper, Actor- Mark Wahlberg; Musician- Dan and Shay; Athlete- Shalane Flanagan; Food-  French fries. She is studying Pharmacy, and wishes to help patients in the community by becoming a pharmacist.
