Bellman Highlighted as CCC Men’s Cross-Country Rookie of the Week
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (October 17, 2022) – After posting a season best time over the weekend, first year Joshua Bellman has been awarded the CCC Men's Cross-Country Rookie of the Week.
Bellman finished in 18th place at the Western New England Invitational on Saturday afternoon, racing the 8K in 29:33. Bellman has improved his time by two minutes in just under a month's time since racing the 8K at the Elms College Blazer Classic in 31:32.
The Western New England men's and women's cross-country teams return to the course on Saturday, October 29 for the CCC Championships, hosted by University of New England from Rotary Park at 11:00 AM.
