Game Review
Endicott applied offensive pressure throughout the opening 45 minutes of play, as the Gulls held a 13-1 shot advantage going into halftime, but the score was tied 0-0 at the break.

Western New England found the breakthrough in the 77th minute against the run of play. Freshman Summer Hathaway (Colchester, Vt.) sent a cross into the box that Endicott senior goalkeeper Kayla Wentworth (Taunton, Mass.) was unable to secure, allowing Sordi to bury the loose ball into the back of the net.

The Golden Bear defense held strong for the remainder of the game to preserve the shutout and earn the crucial CCC victory.
