Recapping the Golden Bears’ Shortened Seasons

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (March 23, 2020) – Over the past few weeks, we have witnessed historic and unprecedented events in our history. These recent events have forced us all to take drastic measures to put the safety and well-being of our community above those of our own. While all of those changes were taking place, we deemed it appropriate to focus on the most important and pressing updates and put a pause on featuring our athletes and our events. 

Now that we've all had time to reflect and settle into our new normal, we are ready to go back to highlighting our student-athletes and their accomplishments.

Prior to our seasons being cancelled, our spring teams were able to get out and compete in shortened seasons. To honor and spotlight the efforts these seniors and their classmates have made, we'll be releasing recaps for each season over the course of the coming week.
