Three Western New England College volleyball players gain All-TCCC recognition
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Western New England College seniors Katharina Boes (Buffalo Grove, IL), Marci Egbert (Wayne, NJ), and Lauren Landri (New Canaan, CT) were named to the All-The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Women’s Volleyball Team Tuesday (Nov. 2).
Boes was a First Team selection while Egbert and Landri both earned Honorable mention recognition.
This was the fourth All-TCCC award for Boes who ranks among the top setters in the region. She leads the Golden Bears in both assists (866) and service aces (53), and is third in digs (153). Boes, a two-year captain, is a Sport Management major.
Egbert, the team’s libero, leads the squad in digs (402) and is third in service aces (31). She is a two-time All-TCCC player and a Math major.
Landri is a middle hitter who leads Western New England College in kills (235) and blocks (74). A Psychology major, she also is a two-time All-Conference performer.
