WNE Swimming Named CSCAA Fall Scholar All-America Team
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (January 29, 2018) – The Western New England University women's swimming team has been named a College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America team for the Fall 2017 semester, the organization announced on Monday.
Western New England is among 688 teams representing 430 institutions across all NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA Divisions to be recognized for posting a 3.0 team grade point average during the fall semester.
With a 3.23 team GPA last semester, the Golden Bears receive Scholar All-America team honors from the CSCAA for the 17th time under head coach Andrea Daley.
Western New England wraps up its 2017-18 campaign February 16-18 at the New England Intercollegiate Swimming & Diving Association (NEISDA) Championships, hosted by the University of Rhode Island.
