Golden Bears Fall to Plymouth State & Eastern Connecticut
Sheinhait posts event win in 200-yard individual medley
WILLIMANTIC, Conn. (November 19, 2016) – The Western New England University women's swimming team fell to Plymouth State and Eastern Connecticut State University in a tri-meet earlier today at Eastern Connecticut's Sports Center Pool.

Top Performers
• Junior Erika Sheinhait (Framingham, Mass.) accounted for Western New England's lone event win in the 200-yard individual medley, as she recorded a time of 2:31.98.
• Freshman Brittany Bosma (North Port, Fla.) finished second in the 100-yard freestyle after clocking in at 1:01.83. Bosma also posted a fourth place finish in the 50-yard freestyle (27.44 seconds).
• Junior Janelle Lief (San Jose, Calif.) placed third in the 50-yard butterfly (31.01 seconds) and fourth in the 200-yard butterfly (2:49.82).
