2018 (Senior Year): All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) First Team...posted a career best 76.8 stroke average...turned in seven sub-75 rounds during his senior campaign, two of which came at the Duke Nelson Invitational, when he finished 12^th in the 113-player field (74+71). Metcalf also placed 11^th of 94 golfers at the Williams Fall Invitational (78+71), and third at the CCC Championship with a two-day score of 146 (73+73)...All-America Scholar accolades from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA)...was awarded the Guy Tedesco Award from the New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA).

2017 (Junior Year): All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) First Team...posted an average score of 77.8 in ten events and 16 rounds...was among Western New England's most consistent golfers, as he finished in the top-10 in seven of the ten events he played in, including all five this spring. He placed second overall in the 85-player field at the JWU Wildcat Invitational with a two-day score of 151 (77+74).....All-America Scholar accolades from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA)...CCC Golfer of the Week (Apr. 24)...Western New England Student Athlete of the Week (Sept. 19, Apr. 24).

2016 (Sophomore Year): All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Second Team...averaged a score of 79.7 over 18 rounds and 11 events this season...finished tenth at both the Western New England Invitational and the Johnson & Wales University Wildcats Spring Invitational at Cranston Country Club in Cranston, R.I. on April 16-17,shooting a season-best round of 72 at that event...Western New England Student Athlete of the Week (Apr. 18). 

2015 (Freshman Year): Appeared in three events.

Personal Life: The grandson of Head Coach Bill Downes.
